I only take exception with #8. You usually do need testimonials (unless your selling art). He is right that they need to be specific. LIke: "This product increased my income by $30,000 in three months."
Who is Laya?
Laya is an author, speaker, and solopreneur. She has thousands of hours of study and experience in both applied and positive psychology.
