The KLT factor

Are you in business? Without customers or clients, there is no business. One of the important elements of attracting clients is the "Know, Like, and Trust" factor.

That means that people do business with those that they "Know, Like, and Trust". So how do you build that? One way is through your website. Video is a good and important way for people to get to know you. Writing is a way for them to know what you know (blogs are great for that!). If you share your knowledge, then they know there must be more. Endorsements from happy customers helps build the trust factor.

You know what you know about your business, but you somehow have to get that across to your potential clients. "If you build it they will come" is pretty misleading. You need to build it, and then you need to tell people it's there, what it does, and how it will help them!

    Who is Laya?

Laya is an author, speaker, and solopreneur. She has thousands of hours of study and experience in both applied and positive psychology. Learning that it's not enough to write a book, you actually have to market in order for the book to get into the hands of a reader to make a difference, she studied online marketing as well as writing copy and branding. She knows the power of a mastermind group and wanted to bring this to her home community. With her son in the IDF and her daughter married, she lives with her husband, dog, and hens with an occasional sighting of the turtle.
