"What am I getting out of participating in a Mastermind Group?
1. Support-I'm getting support for my ideas, a feeling of emotional support as fears to charge forward emerge.
2. Accountability- every week we say what we would like to accomplish for the next week and no one likes to show up empty handed so we do the work.
