"There is always room in your life for thinking bigger, pushing limits and imagining the impossible." ~Tony Robbins Imagine what your life would look like if you could snap your fingers and have your life fill your heart's desires. See it clearly. Imagine what it feels like, how great it is. Your life is full of possibility. Stretch into the vision.
A clear vision that you spend time with each day is in itself an action step that will help you build. You can do this!

As we bask in the beauty of spring and head into summer, gardeners are tending their plots of earth. Today I planted some seeds in the hopes of growing some veggies in my garden. It was such a marvel to me to put all those different seeds, some similar, some so different into the dirt and know that they had the potential to become something more. The thing is that once you plant a seed, the first thing it does in the darkness of the earth is fall apart! Yes. It appears to disintegrate and rot. But we all know what happens next. It starts to sprout.
You don't see the sprout right away, but after a while it pops up into the light of day. You still have to tend it. It is still vulnerable. You have to make sure the conditions are right for that kind of plant, make sure it has enough sun and water and protect it from the weeds and predators. You have to do the same things with your dream. You take action and start the ball rolling. It looks like it's just going to fall apart, but you trust that it will grow. You have to tend it. Make sure conditions are right (learn what you need to do to take care of your particular dream). Watch out for the predators of dreams: fear and doubt. One way to chase them away is by taking action! When I was first starting to garden my mother-in-law obm answered my concern that some of the flowers I planted might not succeed. She said: "Some will blossom and flourish and some won't make it. If something doesn't make it, just plant again!" Keep moving in the direction of your dreams. You can do this! Here's a dramatic story of change. What change do you want in your life in the next year? Are you willing to make a commitment to yourself? What small step can you take right now that will move you in the direction of that dream?
(It's OK to ask for help!) Here's a great website for learning more about online business: http://www.virtuallyignorant.com
In the words of the website:"We aim to be a one stop shop for learning how to build a website from scratch. There are so many choices and options on the web, it can be difficult to navigate through them all and decide what solutions are best for you."Having someone reliable do the legwork for you means you don't have to learn it all the hard way. Highly recommended When you are growing in any area of your life, it's a natural part of the process to feel resistance. That's OK. But don't let it stop you from what you know will make your heart sing.
You can push past the resistance. It could look like pushing gently. Or if you're really ready to soar, it's possible to rewire your reactions so that you can jump right in to what's next. It's a process and your pace will vary. If you find yourself digging in your heels about something, try to be honest with yourself about where that's coming from. I recently heard this quote: "The truth will set you free, but first it wil piss you off!" Tap into your intuition (or some might call it that "gut feeling"). Pay attention to whether there is real or imagined danger. If you listen, you'll know which fears are the ones that are protecting you and which ones are irrational beliefs--or self doubt that someone else planted anyway. Cleaning that up can be as simple as saying "return to sender." So when the resistance comes up, plug into your support system, gather your infinite courage, take a breath, and when you let that breath out, ask yourself what is the one action that you can take right now to get you moving in the direction of your dream? Listen for the answer. Then, take action! Small steps. You can do this! Yeah, well, if you're feeling discouraged because you feel like your life isn't even close to the first arrow, and in fact if your life feels more like the second arrow, then that's great!!! It means you're on track. How cool is that?
The thing is, you have to keep going. Yes. One more step, then one more. Do you have clarity about what you want to accomplish? If not, then maybe your next step is getting honest with yourself about what will really make your heart sing. If your heart sings when you think of your dream, it's a good sign that you are on track! Sometimes I encourage people to "fail well." In fact, there are times that I've invited people to do the crappiest job at something they possibly can! That is a place to start. You can do this! Really! And you're not in it alone either; you are never alone. Jack Canfield, co-creator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul Series (millions of books sold) teaches that the best way to make progress in your business or project is to use the “rule of five.” That is simply taking five small actions every day that will move you forward. Sounds easy enough, but this simple principle will have a huge impact.
So what’s stopping you? Don’t let fear or overwhelm block you from doing what you really want. You can get “unstuck” using the synergy of the dynamic, action oriented, and supportive group, Level Up Tzfat! Time to “power up” and take it to the next level. Coming up with a dream, whether it's business or personal, is the easy part. Taking the right action in the right direction is what will get you to your goals and dreams. The first step, before anything else can happen, is that you have to show up for yourself with commitment. Sometimes fear or uncertainty get in the way. This is what I know. If you take the steps, even if they are the wrong steps and in the wrong direction, if you are showing up for yourself, you will get the clarity you need and want.
Only you know the truth about what you want for yourself, your family, or your community. Step one is to show up. Now, if you can, take a moment to get centered within yourself, be still, and ask yourself: What does showing up look like for me? You have your best answers inside. Listen, see, feel, imagine, envision. When you take the first step by showing up with a commitment, the sea might even just part! In this article, How to Accomplish More by Doing Less, author Tony Schwartz shares what he's learned about the law of diminishing returns. That is, if you try to work longer, your productivity will go down. The idea is to work in 90 minute spurts with rest in between. He shares a number of interesting examples of how this works in the work place and how it works for pilots and top violinists.
The more I study about health in every arena, the more I see that getting enough rest is critical. Regenerating and rejuvenating is so important to being productive and on target. Here's a great article about what to do and what not to do when building a website: Build a Killer Website: 19 Dos and Don'ts The author has some great ideas and even links to resources. I only take exception with #8. You usually do need testimonials (unless your selling art). He is right that they need to be specific. LIke: "This product increased my income by $30,000 in three months."
